My guess is that the logo is held on with 2 pins. Someone must’ve bumped it and broken one off.

Nah, it’s someone trying to up the cache of their vehicle by making it seem to be a Hyundai slant H. That’s my theory!

Don’t they know that the H is how you show off your Honda?

Wow, “Simpson’s did it” really does cover every life circumstance!

I snipped the sensor wire and connected the leads to one another instead of buying a new sensor.
Yeah, they’re cheap, but if I can’t tell when I need brake pads I probably shouldn’t be driving anymore, I’ll tell you what...

Hahaha I can feel that my pads are fine for now. The problem is I’ll need to have my car inspected next month, so I’ll probably have them done anyways.

I love the next bit where they try to nick the ‘H’ off a student’s Hyundai (keeping in mind this is an elementary school).

TIE Fighter? My Accord (previous) and GTI (current) would like a word with you...

but did they always need new brakes?

Certainly not, thankfully. The Accord did get new pads and rotors after I bought it, but only to put good stuff on since I purchased it with really crappy aftermarket stuff :(
The GTI has less than 1,000 miles on it.
